Put in a chopper:
2 small mild garlic cloves or, preferably, 2 teaspoons of garlic flakes
1 oz pine nuts
1.4 oz of freshly grated Parmesan cheese
0.7 oz of freshly grated Pecorino (sheep milk cheese from Italian groceries; if none, use only Parmesan)
about 1.7 fl oz of extra-virgin olive oil
1/2 teaspoon of coarse salt
Grind and serve!
