A classic Indian specialy, which refers to a wide variety of spicy blends. Provence d'Antan Curry is a mix of seven spices: cumin, black pepper, cloves, cinnamon, coriander, turmeric, ginger, bay leaf. We selected it for its intense flavor and sweetness.
It can be used in all types of meat and fish meals in sauce or vegan dishes (lentils, chickpeas, vegetables, pasta). It should be fused in cooking in the beginning to allow the release of its flavors and generally should be cooked slowly and for a long time.
Try it simmered in cream to find it incomparable!
