A classic Indian specialy, which refers to a wide variety of spicy blends. Provence d'Antan Curry is a mix of seven spices: cumin, black pepper, cloves, cinnamon, coriander, turmeric, ginger, bay leaf. We selected it for its intense flavor and sweetness.

It can be used in all types of meat and fish meals in sauce or vegan dishes (lentils, chickpeas, vegetables, pasta). It should be fused in cooking from beginning to allow it releasing all of it flavors and generally should be cooked slowly and long.

Try it simmered in cream to find it incomparable!
