Following the tradition, fleur de sel is harvested by hand in the region of Camargue.
Composed of naturally white and slightly wet crystals, so specially granular and flavored.
Camargue Fleur de Sel salt slowly melts under the tongue and gently accentuates the flavor of the dishes it complements.
It is the caviar of salts and it can be used on grilled red meat or foie gras; you may choose not to use it for cooking but to simply enjoy!
